Return Instructions – 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns
Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.
- Obtain your Return Label. There is a simple step to do this:
- Please request a Free Return Label and return shipping information and we will mail you the return label.please use our contact us form or email(firstname.lastname@example.org) to contact us for returns.
- Please include your order number and a list of the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!
- If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your returns.
- Mail your return using Return Label which is mailed to you in the earlier step.
Returns will be processed and approved refunds issued within two business days of receipt.
Returns with DigitalNerds are fast and hassle-free. You can return products within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all costs involved in getting you a new product and/or returning the original product. You will NEVER incur a cost if you receive a defective product or if we make a mistake.
To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be in new or like-new condition, must contain all the original accessories and be returned unopened in the original packaging. We will promptly credit your account upon receipt of your return. Products that are damaged or found to be defective will be replaced by Digital nerds at no charge. Again, we will cover all costs to replace a defective item.
