We keep it both simple and fair.
Digitalnerds allows returns if the item was misrepresented on the website, in size, color, or condition. If the item arrived damaged or not as described, you may return it. Once your item has been delivered,
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been in pick and pack stage and can no longer be modified.
What do you need to do in exchange for a refund?
We hope you’ll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. Our policy last for 30 days from date of purchase or 14 days after item delivered.
After Purchase and Before Delivery – 12 hours to contact customer support
After Purchase and After Delivery – 30 days from date of purchase or 14 days after item delivered.
After this cancellation period, returns will not be accepted.
Please note, personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked.
When will you be exchanging or refunding?
Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We’ll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
Our team will examine and decide the solution to your case depending on the problems.
The timeframe in which Digitalnerds accepts returns?
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days from the date your package is delivered.
Who Is Responsible for Return product?
Digitalnerds will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damaged or defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and it will not be refunded.
When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive the returned product, please allow 6-10 days of business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
What is the method of Refund?
Refunds returned to the same form of payment used.
What is the policy for Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods?
Full Refund will be provided for above reasons. Please submit the photo of damaged good to customer service.

We cannot accept customers’ returns or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 10 days from the date your package is delivered.
